Delete it yourself

Sign in, open Settings → Data & Privacy and choose Delete account. In the Mailtr app it’s Account → Data & privacy → Delete account. You’ll confirm it’s you and type DELETE.

Can’t sign in?

Email support@mailtr.co from the address your account uses, asking us to delete it. We reply to that address to confirm before anything is deleted.

What happens

• You’re signed out everywhere, scheduled sends are cancelled, API keys and SMTP credentials stop working, you leave the organizations you’ve joined (your work there stays with them), and your subscription ends with no further charges.
• Your account is kept for 30 days in case you change your mind — sign in to restore it. We email you 3 days before. Restoring brings back your data and plan; keys, schedules and memberships you’d set up again.
• Then your account and its data are deleted for good: mail and attachments, contacts, templates, campaigns, library files, sending domains and sign-in methods.
• We keep invoices and payment records for 7 years, as tax law requires, and a one-way hash of addresses that unsubscribed so they aren’t mailed again.
• If you own an organization with other members, hand it over or remove them first. If an organization created your account, its owner deletes it.
